We're rolling out CRM sync now, Follow Up Boss first, with more CRMs to follow. It isn't live yet, and we'll only list a CRM once it actually works. CRM sync is included with Ultra and a +$30/mo add-on on Basic Plus. It isn't available on Basic, so upgrade to Basic Plus or Ultra to get it. Until then, every lead comes to you by text and email and is saved in your dashboard.
